Psyonix to Bring Rocket League to Other Platforms - News

In an interview with Gamezone, Psyonix's Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Jeremy Dunham, has stated that the company is set to bring Rocket League to other platforms:

"Now that the game is doing as well as its doing and people really want to see, we've focused on this," he said. "We're now in a position that we can expand our team. We are absolutely, 100 percent going to other platforms. What those platforms are and when we'll come to them, I don't know yet."

Although Dunham does not officially confirm that Rocket League is coming to the Xbox One, he does go on to say that "if the game can work on the platform and we can responsibly get that game working on a platform, we will never say never to any of the platforms that are current-gen. Anything is possible."

Rocket League originally launched on the PlayStation 4 and PC in July and has since been downloaded over 5 million times.

Great, I hope it comes to X1 in the near future. I was afraid Sony had it locked down.

They should optimize it better. It runs at 40-60fps on PS4.
