The first episode of the episodic Square Enix graphic adventure game Life is Strange is out now. There will be five episodes released for the game over the coming months.

Life is Strange: Episode 1 Out Now

The game follows the protagonist Maxine Caulfield who is a student studying photography. She finds out she can rewind time, which caused a butterfly effect. The story and character development is the main focus of the game.

The game was developed by Dontnod Entertainment and was published by Square Enix. Episode 2 will be released in March. The game was built using Unreal Engine 3. The game has been in development since April 2013.

Life is Strange: Episode 1 was released on January 30 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. You can buy Episode 1 for $5 or buy all five episodes for $20.

Finished episode 1, loved it, great music score, something different and new compared to the rehashed stuff coming out. In my opinion another fail IGN Review. Give this game a chance players.

No, it has nothing to do with that, yes it has drugs but its like any other type of entertainment media without any main focus on it

Oh, I thought it was some homage to that french lesbian movie about the blue haired homosexual girls having sex. So, is it like Heavy Rain or something?

Just read a review saying the Homosexuality between the main characters is the big theme of the game. I will pass, these subjects are unconfortable for me =/
Miss the good old days when Mario rescued a princess, now he rescues Dario, his italian gay lover or something =/
