The following cheat can only be used once you own a kitchen. When your cow produces large milk do not go and sell it because you will only get 300$$. If you go into your kitchen, walk up to the pot and press X. put the L milk in the pot and press START. You will then have fresh cheese instead of milk and it sells for 500$$ so you end up getting 500 instead of 300 for your cows L milk.
