Take 'Em All On Rewards

As you play through the quest, three Take 'Em All On challenges will be unlocked in Hyrule Castle Town (southeast corner). Here are the rewards for beating the challenges:

2Bomb Bag II (carry 30 bombs)
3At the bottom of this challenge you'll find a common treasure in a chest, then, if you beat Shadow Link, you'll get a rare treasure (lame!).

Would've rather had the Phantom Hourglass sales reversed with those of this game, Spirit Tracks is actually quite a good game, even by Zelda standards. Anyway, decent sales for a system's 'second Zelda'.
