Well this Glitch is kind of Freaky okay. So first of all you need to have access to the giant mountain. Then you have to go around the Mountain 2 Times, and not fall off. Then after that you go to the Little house on the edge of the mountain, then there should be Severed heads on spears. Then if you go towards the front door a Man with a Pig mask will chase you with a Chainsaw, you can do anything to him like kill him i don't really care. Have fun.

Rockstar told Kotaku last Septmeber that this has shifted 27.5 million. Wish VGC would update.
