Charge Mine: Press Right, Left, then hold Down.
Invisibility: Press Left(2), Down(2).
Shield: Press Right(2), Down(2).
Rear-fire: Press Left, Right, Down.
Hint: Ship level: Electrocute men:
On the Ship level, you can run over a box marked "Danger High Voltage" and watch the three men who are sitting in chairs get electrocuted. They are near the front of the ship on a platform. The box is right in front of them.

Great game, check out Twisted Metal: Heads On Extra Twisted edition on the PS2 for levels that were meant for Black 2.
