Use Team Blast twice
To use your Team Blast twice, immediately after you use it switch to your speed character, then jump and press X. You must be around enemies when you use it again, and it still must read "Team Blast" at the top of the screen. Note: This trick can only be used with the Sonic Team.

The pal version actually plays too fast when in 60hz mode because when they released the game in PAL territories they made the game faster to compensate for 50hz but didn't turn the compensation off when using 60hz mode
