Yoshi's Story was a beast on the N64 and sold 2.85 million. I suspect that this game will sell 1.5 M (adjusting for the smaller install base on the Wii U). Message | Report |

I think Kirby's Epic Yarn is a good sales model to go by for this game. NA really pulled its weight with that game, it sold about 1.5m there alone. Then in Europe it sold about 100k, and Japan 200k. Here, we should expect Japan and Europe to flip and then half NA's total considering the install base of the Wii U isn't the same as the Wii. That will lead to barely over 1m. Of course, it could do a bit worse or better, but we'll see. Message | Report |

An okay game. Competent, but you can tell it was not made by one of the first teams. Generally it's not nearly as fast and snappy as a mainline Mario game, the lack of a "run" button and the annoying fluttering jump don't help. The music is a real disappointment, because I liked the music of "Epic Yarn". Here it is cheesy and grating. Graphics are cute, but if you've played tons of JnR's, this one gets old fast.
