Not my first game ever, but definitely the first game I poured a lot of my time into. I managed to get into Gold pretty heavily, but since then no Pokémon game has dragged me in as much as my ol' copy of Pokémon Blue. Now I've gotta go dig it up and have a go again, haha. my team was charizard (best pokemon ever, i cried when i knew he would be playable in brawl :)) starmie, one of the best pokemons with lightning speed, lightning attack, water and ice attacks and i think he could do ground attacks too gyarados, really strong pokemon dragonite, do i need to tell you why? Mew, i just loved the little bastard... or was mewtwo the bastard haha i had the extra slot for any pokemon to gain experienc and evolve and for new catches Message | Report |

This games great! I always got Zapdos and Articuno, but I hated Moltres, he had a lack of good attacks especially considering he's a legendary bird pokemone. All he had was Fire Spin. Message | Report |

I got all 150 in Blue (we also have Red), I was very disappointed when I didn't get a Mew as reward. =( Btw Kabutops is an awesome PKMN. He has rock, ice, grass and water moves. Maybe even ground too, don't remember. Message | Report |

Well, actually Blastoise and Nidoking could handle an entire battle most of the time. Blastoise with her ice moves and Nidoking with his ground moves. Earthquake was total pwnage :) Message | Report |

I remember when I first got hold of Red and Blue. Wonderful times. It's hard to think that it's been 10 years now and that Red/Blue can be considered "classics". And that's exactly why it has "worst graphics" and less PKMN. Because it's the original and you can't EXPECT it to live up to the version that was made to be an upgrade to it.
