	OmegaRugalv3 posted 11/08/2009, 03:03 I usually don't care about lack of single player modes but SF4 did in fact raise the bar in single player modes and training modes especially. Add to that no unlockables, no boss fight, no story (KoF usually has pretty good story for a fighting game) ... you are left to the multiplayer. While offline its great .... we are in 2009 ... a time where arcades are dead and the easiest way to play against people is online. Again ... since SFHDremix, SF4 and Blaze Blue ... the online "lag" standards have also been raised to another level. KoF 12 fails MISERABLY at this with completely unplayable online mode. My screen name is Omega Rugal ... which is a main boss character in most KoF games ... so you should be able to guess I am a huge KoF fan ... ... this KoF fan is telling you to PASS on this game unless the online is indeed fixed. Only 22 characters (ridiculous for a KOF title), stripped down characters, missing some classic characters, pixelated characters (c'mon SNK Playmore, the year is 2009, and this game was developed on the Taito Type X2 board, a highly capable one), only five stages, only one offline mode, online performance issues. You get the feeling that you are not playing a finished product. The ultimate 2D fighting game huh SNK Playmore? What a joke. What have you done to the beloved KOF series? A shame. Message \| Report
