The Three investigators is the official game of the highly successful feature film released in Germany in Q1 2008. Its beginner friendly game-play and the story makes it perfectly suited for a target group of boys and girls aged 8 to 14 years.

The three investigators only just escaped with their lives during the successful solving of their last case. Now its time for a holiday: Peter`s father has invited the boys to South Africa. Or to be more precise: to the haunted island, where he is helping the immensely wealthy Miss Wilbur build a theme park. Once they arrive there, there is just no time for sunbathing or snorkeling: a mysterious monster, the so-called Tokolosh, is making trouble and spreading fear and horror. No doubt: a case for the three investigators.

But the plucky hobby detectives however do not yet know that they will uncover a secret that goes back to the 17th century and that this case has more to do with their own lives than they would like. And thus the three investigators are plunged right into the middle of an exciting adventure that surpasses everything they have experienced up until now…
