Summary

StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty is the long-awaited sequel to the original StarCraft, Blizzard Entertainment’s critically acclaimed sci-fi real-time strategy game. StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty is both a challenging single-player game and a fast-paced multiplayer game, and it also taps into Battle.net – Blizzard Entertainment’s fully-featured online gaming service.

The terrans, protoss, and zerg are the three “races” of StarCraft II, each featuring unique units, buildings, and game mechanics. They all offer different gameplay experiences tailored to different play styles; this section will familiarize you with each race.

I've gotta say, I played it initially a year and a half ago. And was dissapointed, I thought the characters acted different than in SC1. The BNET2.0, was annoying. After time, I enjoyed the story a lot more. And the game is effing polished I love it. 2vs2 ranking games with my brother is great great fun.

nilli, I would agree with you for the first time in my life IIIIIIFFFF, Blizzard hadn't stated that they had sold over 2 million copies of the game on their online store, and that they had sold over 4 million copies in all of Asia (wich vgchartz doesn't track) and that there are at the very least, 2 million people paying the fee to play online, wich is almost the same price as the game itself. So if you put all those facts together and translate them into dollars, this game sold easily 13 million copies.

You can sell 5 million units of games on pc when you develop it for 10 years. Have it be the successor for the most successfull RTS game of all time. Also the first game has to be a national sport in some country. Scrap Lan support to prevent piracy and focus extremely heavily on the multiplayer aspect of the game. Have your own battlenet system to prevent the piracy and advertice this game like no tomorrow. Then you have the chance to sell millions on pc. You think that it is really worth it. IDIOTS! 5 million for a game this caliber is SHIT!
