Nintendo Switch Sports Resort Tops the Japanese Charts, Switch 2 Sells 69K - Sales

Nintendo Switch Sports Resort (NS2) has remained in first place on the retail charts in Japan with sales of 23,466  units, according to Famitsu for the week ending November 1, 2026. 

Minecraft (NS2) debuted in third place with sales of 11,754 units.

Hello Kitty Party Land (NS2) debuted in seventh place with sales of 7,365 units. The Switch version debuted in eighth place with sales of 6,252 units.

Final Fantasy Resonance (NS2) is in second place with sales of 14,462 units. The PS5 version is in fourth place with sales of 11,181 units and the Switch version is in sixth place with sales of 8,425 units.

Rhythm Heaven Groove (NS) is in fifth place with sales of 8,753 units, Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave (NS2) is in ninth place with sales of 4,346 units, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 (PS5) is in 10th place with sales of 4,024 units.

The Nintendo Switch 2 was the best-selling platform with 68,733 units sold. The PlayStation 5 sold 16,226 units, the Switch 1 sold 5,853 units, and the Xbox Series X|S sold 892 units.
