Publisher Atlus and developer Vanillaware announced 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim has shipped over one million units worldwide. The figure includes digital sales.

This figure is up from 800,000 units shipped in November 2022.

The game first released for the PlayStation 4 in Japan in November 2019, in Asia in March 2020, and worldwide in September 2020. It also released for the Nintendo Switch worldwide in April 2022.

Vanillaware have never made a better game than Odin Sphere, and are falling downhill in quality since that good game.
