The Switch being 55% up Year over Year is insane, at this rate the Switch would sell 29M in 2020 alone which is unheard of for a Home console.

It won't keep that lead, though. That comes to a big part from the boost that Animal Crossing has induced. However, with enough good games and a great holiday title 22-25M could actually be possible this year

I wouldn't rule out the Switch selling near 29M in 2020. If you compare the Switch sales for the past couple of weeks compared to last year the Switch sales still been maintaining around a 50% growth YoY even well after AC launched and with limited stock currently. It seems like Animal Crossing and the Switch lite is having a permanent growth effect ffor the Switch sales this year which means that it may maintain a 50% growth for the rest of the Year. Sales growth YoY might level off by the Holiday season of Nintendo doesn't have a holiday title as big as Pokemon, but we'll have to wait and see. I could see 25M+ this year as likely tbh
