Animal Crossing: New Horizons Sales Jump 135% on the UK Charts - Sales
by William D'Angelo , posted on 11 May 2020 / 3,643 ViewsAnimal Crossing: New Horizons has retaken the top spot on the UK charts, according to GfK for the week ending May 9, 2020. Sales for the game jumped 135 percent week-on-week. This is due to an increase in physical copies of the game.
Grand Theft Auto V is up from fifth to second place as sales increased 47 percent. FIFA 20 dropped from first to third and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare drops one spot to fourth. Final Fantasy VII Remake has left the top 10 and dropped to 13th place.
Overall physical boxed game sales last week decreased slightly to 225,000 games sold in the UK.
