Halo: The Master Chief Collection Sells 680K in US, Xbox One Sales Top 4M in US - News
by William D'Angelo , posted on 21 November 2014 / 10,335 ViewsHalo: The Master Chief Collection had the biggest launch in the US for an Xbox One exclusive, outselling other title such as Titanfall, Forza Horizon 2, Sunset Overdrive, and Ryse: Son of Rome. The game managed to sell 679,889 units in its first week in the US, according to VGChartz.
The Xbox One had another strong week in the US selling 236,952 units for the week ending November 15. The Xbox One has now sold more than four million units in the US, just in time for its one year anniversary.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection is a compilation of the Halo games that star Master Chief. It includes Halo: CE Anniversary, a remastered version of Halo 2, and Halo 3 and Halo 4. The game was released worldwide on November 11.
