Does anyone else delve back into this game and find a new aspect to it that surprises them? This keeps happening to me. I was never much of a frisbee fan, but once you get the hang of how it works it makes for really great gameplay and really rather deep. The physics in frisbee golf are amazing - and I was completely taken aback the other day when I unlocked new courses having owned this game since it came out! Message | Report |

Initially thought the sales so far were slightly disappointing compared to MKWii (I know, crazy), but I just checked how many more Wii's were sold in MKWii's period: In the equiv time period (since release in each region), ~2mil more Wiis were sold, or ~43% more while MK was selling. 2008 was ridiculous. Anyway, it's selling about as well as MKWii right now, so it should hit 10mil for end of 09 (MKWii did over 4mil between now and year's end). Message | Report |

This game is a total blast. I have played it at best buy and wasn't that impressed, but they have their wii set up very wrong, it messes it up big time (to anyone who works at best buy, it would be nice if they corrected the sensor bar placement, etc). I played it at walmart and it was 100% smooth and just plain awesome! Message | Report |

@ marcianito Wii Fit is a bad comparison, since it suffered from a lot of supply constraints and staggered launch. If you compare it to mega-hits like MKW, SMG, and SSBB, Wii Sports Resort's sales curve has a lower start, but its legs are carrying longer and stronger. Watch it take off when the holidays begin. The only drawback of this game is you need to have Motion Plus so its no use for multiplayer unless you fork out another 20 for Motion Plus...I wish Ninty included 2 Montion Pluses ohwell I am happy for what I got cause hey atleast we got one... Message | Report |

Wow! I didn't expect this game to be that much fun but it has been. Table Tennis, Archery, and Golf are my favorites so far. I have been battling it out in Table Tennis for the past 30 - 45 minutes and boy was it a blast. I like this better than the tennis in the regular Wii Sports mainly because it's singles and not doubles. Anyways, I can't wait to play it some more! Message | Report |

I honestly was not excited about this game, and got it simply for the fact that it was Wii Sport !!. But i am surprisingly impressed at the depth of this game. It will take you many hours just to play every game once, and then many hours more to master each individual game. And thats before multiplayer. Definitely recommended. Message | Report |

Tried several hours on the plane flying. Can't find all the damn check mark thingys. Missing like 8 of them. Drove me nuts. I like flying that little plain and mowing down crowds of balloon handlers with my double barrel pop gun. Still need to try out the other stuff. Did try the frisbee thing. This game is a MUST HAVE only if you have at least two players playing regularly. True, I've been absorbed in a few of the events (clocked in four hours over two days just playing Swordplay Showdown and Table Tennis alone), but the real fun is competition. You cannot compare this game to wii fit. You can't buy a balance board from retailers without wii fit, where as you can buy the motion plus separately. Wii sports resort has no chance vs wii fit, since wii fit is easily going to be the second highest selling game on the wii. A comparison between MK wii is more reasonable, and i believe this game will produce MK wii like numbers in the long run. This game is actually fun, so that will help it's sales. Message | Report |

@ Boneark I've heard rumours that the WM+ drains more power, but I've never found it to be noticeable. I mean it has more chips, so I'm sure it has more draw, but nothing so dramatic that it should drain batteries in a day. I strongly recommend NMH rechargables if you aren't using them already. @OkayDokey, just keep your sword at the same angle the opponent does and they can't block your attacks, 4 or 5 hits and they are gone. This works up until your almost pro when they start having quicker reflexes and you are forced to use blocks and counterattacks. (PS. @ Christhor EU tends to buy Wii games slowly, but steadily. Many Wii games post a bigger second week than the first in this region. And I remember back when Halo 3 launched, everybody thought Halo fans had already bought a 360 in anticipation or for some other shooter, yet it delivered a large, sustained hardware boost. The game is awesome. Flying is dope, sword play is dope, table tennis, archery, I even like basketball. All of the games feel like a sneak peak into a variety of different established Nintendo franchises; Star fox, Kid Icarus, and of course Zelda (3 hearts? for showdown?) kersed3 no that has nothing to do with it, wii play sold 18 million, wii music sold 2 million, wii fit sold 18 million... and all of them wasn't bundled except wii play that was bundled with a wiimote and wiifit was bundled with an board but im pretty sure that doesn't count, since no one will buy just the wii board Message | Report |

Graphic in this game improve from Wii Sports, load time also shorten and interface is more easier to use. Wii Motion Plus really push gaming experience far beyond what Wii remote ever did. Everyone should get this game. :D Message | Report |
