Game Overview

Dark Souls is an open world action role-playing game, developed by From Software for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows. A spiritual successor to Demon's Souls, the game revolves around a dark-fantasy theme and sense of loss and caution. Like it's predecessor, Dark Souls is considered a challenging, yet rewarding, experience with players harshly punished for their mistakes.

The game takes place in the kingdom of Lordran, where the undead, known as Hollow, live on and are slowly driven mad. The player controls a Hollowed prisoner, escaping and making a pilgrimage of unknown reasons.

Big Week! Price drop/deal/DLC?

well,it passed demon's souls sales by a
good ten thousand right now if you also
consider the xbox360 and Steam sales.I
think it sold enough on the PC so that
they make their next game to the PC
too, which will be great because I'll
probably keep on the PC instead of
buying a next generation console.

Demons Souls is still king in my
opinion. Dark souls should of stayed
only on the ps3 instead of splitting the
user base up between the 360 and PC
pirates. The sales don't seem to have
been worth the ports either. ps3 looks
to outsells both combined.

one of the most amazing games out
there.I am sure a PC release and price
drop would be enough to make sales walk
again.
