Street Fighter V Shifts 1.4 Million Copies - News
by Craig S , posted on 09 May 2016 / 4,732 ViewsCapcom has announced that it has shipped 1.4 million copies of Street Fighter V, as of March 31st.

The figure, which includes both retail copies and digital copies of the PlayStation 4 and Windows PC game, is well short of Capcom's original expectations of 2 million copies. However, on the upside Capcom did note that the title has seen fairly stable sales overseas, and with a major single player update set for next month the firm is no doubt hoping that sales pick up in the coming months.
Street Fighter V launched in February on PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.

Dang, seems a bit slow for the title. Maybe the launch had a negative impact.
this game will have legs. Sure, a slow start, but it will a good mark in the end.
So its shipped? That probably means actual sales are probably lower than that.
Yeah but it might be higher than VG chartz numbers.
Well VGChartz doesn't count digital.
I don't think SF5 did enough on digital to make up for such difference.
better than I thought.
That's nice.
That's a bit strange - how can they ship the digital versions?
Looks like the game flopped on PC.
This is going to have great legs. It's going to keep getting updates all generation long.
It's dead. Nobody still plays it.
If nobody is playing this game then explain this:
Players in the last 2 weeks: 81,100 ± 6,868 (51.4%)

I'm sure there are still people playing it.
That thumbnail looks NSFW lol.
Also the SFV launch was a fairly weak one, it's surprising to me that it even sold this amount albeit 600k short of their expectations.
Not too bad
