Xbox 360 Shipments Reach 84 Million, $399 Xbox One Hits Store Shelves - News

This is up from 80 million in October of last year. Also lifetime game sales have hit $37.7 billion, as well as more than 88 billion hours of games have been played on the console. That is more than 100 million years.
Also available today at retail is the $399 Xbox One without a Kinect. The standalone Kinect will be released later this year. However, the price has not been announced yet.
"Today we're thrilled to offer our fans more choices to play the games they love and to enjoy all of their entertainment with the new Xbox One option for $399," Xbox marketing executive Yusuf Mehdi said in a statement.
