Its-A-Me Mario in yet another 2D Mario saving Princess Peach again! Whats so cool about that? Well with 9 new amazingly designed worlds and new power-ups, you couldn't ask for more. But if you did, well for the first time ever you can play with up to 4 players simultaneously. You can play multi-player not only in the story mode but there are two extra multi-player only special modes; Coin Battle and Free For All. This brings up the replay value of the game a quite a bit higher. Now sure its not in High Definition or anything and that exactly why I like this game. This game = all about gameplay and having fun. You won't be looking for details when you are laughing out loud hysterically with your friends and family. But thats not to say that the graphics are bad. I have my Wii hooked up to my 46" Sharp LCD TV with component cables. That gives it 480p quality. And it looks amazing especially the effort thats been put into designing the very innovative levels in the game. The only thing disappointing is that we don't see our loved dino, Yoshi, much except for a few levels. And then another thing is that there are two toads so I wonder why they didn't put some other charters in..it would be epic to see Link as the playable character.. But too be realistic, i don't think anyone else can fit in except for the toads.. And the epic boss battle with bowser at the end in World 8 makes up for it. His castle is just so huge.
