America - Front
America - Back
Gameplay: The game featured what many would find impressive. The game was able to let two teams of 25 soldiers fight at once. That’s even including online. For having so much going on the game doesn’t lag and can become quite hectic with a mixture of rockets and lasers flying around. The graphics are decent for its time and the characters have good looking structure. The vehicles in the game prove to be quite useful considering their rockets have splash damage. Meaning that even if a rocket doesn’t hit a person directly it can still send him flying by hitting near him. The way you respawn in the game is neat too. You don’t have to wait to respawn, you just press x a couple times and your back up and gunning. That’s excusing the online mode where you can wait up to 15 seconds.
Story: There really is no story. Kind of ruins the campaign mode. The story was pretty much just a couple parts from the movie series and nothing else. Not to mention the campaign took about 2 hours to beat. Presentation: The class and vehicle selection of the game are quite large. Even though there are some glitches the presentation is well. Some of the glitches consist of; falling through the stage, leaving the stage, and my personal favorite being able to fall out of a flying machine by pressing the triangle button 2 times in a row.
Final Thought: The lack of story but very addictive online and instant action modes make this a great star wars game. Close to perfect structure and a wide range of weapons give this game a… 8.9
