Easy "Win at Winning" Trophy
You need to play through The Run on Extreme difficulty in order to get this. Instead of going through all of the stages on Extreme, you can just play until you get to the very last race, which is "Win the Run." Change your difficulty to Extreme when you see that appear, which will restart just that race. Complete the race on Extreme to get the achievement.

Shift and Hot Pursuit rocked both critically and commercially.
Shift 2 and The Run maybe not failed, but definitely underperformed.
