Use Bronze Saints, Silver Saints and Sagittarius Seiya in Genmaken mode (Japanese version).
When at the menu to choose whether to start a new genmaken game or to load one, press Down, Left, Up, Up, Down, Up, and press Triangle and Square together. If you hear a sound, that means the code worked.
