These are Gadgets you receive after collecting the bottles in the Episode and open up the safe of the Episode. You can locate the safe if you use your Binocucom. This is only if the building that the safe is in needs to be unlocked through doing a specific mission.

Insanity Strike Gadget After collecting all the Bottles for Episode 2 enter the code 857 at the safe in the "Boardroom Brawl" mission.
Knockout Dive Gadget After collecting all the Bottles for Episode 1 enter the code 231 at the safein the "Bug Dimitri's Office" mission.
Lightning Spin Gadget After collecting all the Bottles for Episode 7 enter the code 583 at the safe in the "Laser Redirection" mission.
Long Toss Gadget After collecting all the Bottles for Episode 4 enter the code 248 at the safe in the building near the last two terminals of the "Train Hack" mission.
Music Box Gadget After collecting all the Bottles for Episode 6 enter the code 129 at the safe in the "Cabin Crimes" mission.
Rage Bomb Gadget After collecting all the Bottles for Episode 5 enter the code 969 at the safe in the "Stealing Voices" mission.
Shadow Power Gadget After collecting all the Bottles for Episode 8 enter the code 725 at the safe in the "Murray/Sly Tag Team" mission.
Voltage Attack Gadget After collecting all the Bottles for Episode 3 enter the code 386 at the safe in the "Water Bug Run" mission.

ughhhhh I just beat this game, the final boss was ridiculous because I couldn't change the inverted controls! Overall a pretty good game though

This game took the awesomeness of the original and flipped it on its ass. Better gameplay AND story!
