In order to get this, you need to collect 7 scrolls and return them to Elrond in Rivendell. Note that you can go back and get more scrolls at these locations after going past them, but you need 7 unique scrolls to get this. Once you get all 7, go back to Rivendell and speak to Elrond. 1) You'll get this as you progress through the game, before you reach Rivendell for the first time. This will unlock the quest called "Cult of the Lidless Eye." 2) This one is in Ettenmoors, in The Coldfells. After you fight your first troll, you will come to a part where you have to jump a gap. Drop down to the stream below and follow it all the way to a chest, which contains it. 3) This one is in The High Moors section of Ettenmoors. Right before you start heading into the tunnels in Ettenmoors, you will come to a stone bridge with a lot of Goblins and Orcs. One of these enemies has the scroll. 4) In Mount Gundabad, you release two charge chains and then go through the two towers. Go up the first one and then down the second one; at the bottom of the second one, you are supposed to go through the right door. Go to the left instead (the bridge is blown up) and you should see a chest with the scroll right outside the second tower. 5) When you begin Mirkwood, you will be attacked by a boss on a Fell Beast. The scroll is on the boss' body, so loot it after you kill it. 6) This scroll is located in Urgost Lair. When you come to a flat bridge with a waterfall on the right, you'll see a mountain with a gate. There will be a sorcerer guarding the gate; he has the scroll on his body, so loot it when you kill him. 7) Before you meet the dragon at the end of Urgost Lair, you'll encounter the Uruk-Hai Chief boss. When you kill him, he will drop the last scroll you need.
