Spa Manager (Costume) - After your second time in Zaphias, go to Yumanju, which is in Northern Yuzorea (check your World Map if you don't know where that is). Talk to go receptionist and leave. Come back a little later. Then, after Zaude, come back and pay 300,000 gald. Leave and come back a little later and pay 600,000 gald. Return later again for this title. Put these costumes on everyone and speak with the receptionist. Trickster - Default title. Ranger - Reach level 20. Double Identity - Reach level 60. Super Star - Reach level 100. Fatal Old Man - Perform 100 Fatal Strikes with Raven (AI controlled FS's count towards this).
