Easy Molotov Cocktails
After finishing Act 3, enter the hotel, and go down the hallways until you reach the lounge (has tables and chairs). You'll find around 10 bottles of alcohol on the bar, which you can pick up. Those bottles of alcohol will respawn when you exit and re-enter the hotel (make sure to go the same way, to be safe). Go to Harland and trade the alcohol for Molotov Cocktails (you get 1 for every 3 bottles).

I'm usually not a big fan of zombie games but this one is quite fun due to the awesome RPG system.
