To use a head as a guard distraction, you have to have a machete and
when you hold square or x the triangles will change, so just wait until
they get red then let go and he will chop off the guys head and you can
pick it up and use it as a distraction like a brick or bottle (ps. I've
only tried it on ground assault, or I think it called that)

I just got this game today and it is amazing playing it in 2014 and it still hold up, sad that rockstar will never make manhunt 3 since it will never sell 20 million like gta series Message | Report |

Fun game but very challanging. The game loses come of its quality's once they put guns in but as it being a stealth game its pretty fun. Message | Report |
