You can get Painkiller Gold Edition from Steam which is the original and the first expansion for $10, bargain ;)

I would maybe put 8/10, just for the fun
u should wait to purchase the game and the 2 expansion in a "pack" (the last expansion will be release soon)

Old school styled shoot em up action! Pure running and gunning, don't think - just aim and pull the trigger. Repeat.
