Return to Mental Hospital

Before entering Nemeton Abbey for the final battles, go back to the Mental Hospital. In the small room where a electric chair is in the middle of the room (where no one was sitting before) you will now find a man in a suit sitting there. He has a lottery. Use one of your lottery tickets to win either 1. Eternity Card, 2. Seal of Force, 3. Mana Extract, 4. Mana Root, or 5. Tissues if you miss on your spin. It is a medium speed spinner. Not hard to win a great item.
