Choose a skater that has the "semi-flip" (for example, Rodney Mullen or assign that move to one of the other skaters)/ Take off the pro object which is on the "Fine Arts" building (the one with Tony's Pro Challenge). Enable the "Cool specials" cheat. Go up the halfpipe, do the semi-flip, then press Triangle to get the "Master In Fine Arts Lip". As long as you get the semi-flip and the lip back to back, the cool special effect should still be on. Land the lip. Do not bail or do another special; just go down to where the football players are located. The cool special effect should still be on. Get knocked down by one of the football players. While you are on the floor, you should see a sort of drug effect around your skater.
