Alcatraz: Drug effect
Choose any skater assign him the Misty Flip. Find where the big crusty stair set is located then do a misty flip and grind on the right rail. You may want to go back to the opposing stairs under the ramp for the loop turn around grind the guard rail, but make sure to ollie first before you do the misty flip or you will go off center. After that, hit the grind to start the effect. Note: If you bail or do the misty flip to grind the effect will end.
