Unlimited life
During gameplay, if you kill a genma, star-like roids will come out of the genma or the enemy and hold CIRCLE to collect it and it will add life to your life bar. Sometimes, they release some unusual and bigger starlike roiids, collect it and it will add to your purple life bar (under your yellow life bar) and if you have collected enough to your purple life bar, if you die, you will still live an have your YLB full, but your PLB will be lessen.
