Defeating Grim
Make sure that you have two sets of armor that you have bought from the shop. Also, go to the battle equipped with the chain gun, cluster rockets and twister rockets. Stay far enough away from his vehicle so that he can get you with his bolt gun. This requires a lot of armor. Blast away at him with your chain gun. When he turns invisible, look for a dust cloud driving around, then waylay him with the cluster rockets. This should kill him, but if he collects the health before he dies, repeat the steps.
