Defeating the giant crab
Buy lots of Gunpowder Kegs from the Smuggler before doing this. Start by hacking away at the crab. It will hit you, but eventually you will daze it. When it is dazed throw a Gunpowder Keg at it. It will become flipped on its back, exposing a weak underbelly. Slash at it until it flips over again. Repeat the process until it is defeated.
