Have your "Fight To The Top" settings at Dash (4%) race length and that "Unlimited Fuel" and "Unlimited Tires" are on. Then in a race at Daytona or Talladega, share draft with someone until they have a bright green name indicator. Then, share draft with another driver for the same amount of time. Keep repeating this and you should be able to make five to ten full allies in one race.
