Select the Capsule Skill Shop by pressing X. You will usually see Bulma in the lower right side usually. When there, hold R1 + R2 + L1. This will sometimes cause the selector to highlight a capsule, but it does not matter if it does not. While still holding R1 + R2 + L1, press Triangle(2) to exit the Capsule Select window. This will randomly give you one free capsule. That means that it can still give you one that you already have, so you must repeat the trick a few more times to get a new capsule. If your percentage is very low, like in the single digits to the teens, you should see a change in the percentage immediately. If it is over 50%, it probably will not change the first time you do the trick. Thus, you must do it a few more times. This trick will give you breakthroughs, stages, moves, new outfits for bulma, etc.
