First City To Fall: Extra health
When you start the American campaign's First City To Fall mission and Church says "Where are you going? Stay behind the tanks!", go diagonally to the left of the tank. Stay beside the first tank on the left. When it starts to turn, go straight to the barrier of rubble. Turn right and go into a building with no doors that seems to be on fire. Do not go into the fire. Go about halfway to the fire and look down. On the right should be a Medical Pack.
