In Noh's story, Scenario 5A (Gifu Intrusion; location third floor), the first mission is to defeat Kunoichi. Let her go. You will get a chance to defeat her a second time. Note: If you defeated her the first time, the item will not be available. After defeating Kunoichi, defeat Ranmaru Mori at the end of the third floor. The Gold Incense will appear as an item. The location will be marked with a green "X" on the map.
