Downtown Downpour: Shortcut
In the park area just before the bridge that falls on the third lap, you will see a white bandstand. It is on a waterway that is blocked off by a tree branch. Use a hint that is sometimes seen on the loading screens, and submarine under it. It is an easy straightaway with a ramp at the end, giving you a better time and score at the same time.
