The Jet Turbine (rockets boosters that go on the back of your car to make you go faster) is found on Papaya Island. It is in a house. Go through the little tunnel through the mountain and then make a right turn through the other little mountain and fall down the hill. Go in the house. There should be a person that is looking for his kid. Find him near the river when you fall down the mountain and talk to him. Go back to the person that was looking for him. She will give you the Jet Turbine.
