Race on it for at least 10 times. You should have 10850 cr. Add a NA tune up or a turbo kit and race in the other to races. You should get the Sprinter. Sell it. Move on to the next race the Clubman Cup and win those races and keep doing this until you complete all of the Beginner league league. Make sure you have the ia license. Go to the Endurance Races. Race on the Super Speedway corse on Super Speedway 150 miles Cup. Beat it twice.You bwill get a Corvette C5R win the Super Speedway course over and over and after you race it 4 or 6 times you will get the f1 racer. Take it and win the Tokyo R246 and beat it once. You should get a better f1 car. Keep racing with that car and winning the Endurance races. Another good Endurance race is the Seattle one. Beat it 3 times to get the Panoz Esperante, Sell it and keep earning money and buying good cars.
