Jam Sessions is a music simulation game that transforms your DS into a portable guitar, promoting singing and song-writing making Jam Sessions a complete concert-on-the-go entertainment system, perfect for parties and other social gatherings – simply hook up some external speakers via the headphone jack and you’re rocking! Why the sales of the japanese version are separated from this version?

Not really a game, more of a "scratchpad for guitarists". As such, it does what it promises. Hooked up to an external speaker the sound is shockingly good.
