Might do well in the west, but, the issue is the battle system. I personally can't wait to get ahold of this game, but many people who complained about combining MMO gameplay with an offline RPG (ie ffxii) will complain about this game as well. The battle system is almost a direct clone of FFXI's battle system (which I happen to enjoy very much). Other knock on this game is the length of the game, it's a very short RPG. I've read the reviews on 1up, and RPGfan. I'll still get it to play it, but, it is definitely a niche title, and I don't see it doing more than 1 million world wide. Message | Report |

Are you saying that if 10,000 copies were imported, those 10,000 that Sony shipped and retailers sold somehow do not count? Are you ridiculous? Zehria: I doubt that many copies were imported. There's no English language option (neither dub nor sub), which kindda limits its importing potential. But why shouldn't it count? Apart from it being impossible to differentiate between imported and non-imported sales, it doesn't make any difference in the long run, as each imported sales is a sale lost in the West. Down to 10k sales in the fourth week, so it looks like this one won't be selling too many more copies. Not too bad considering the install base and the fact that it's a new IP but it's a shame that the PS3 hasn't done better in Japan as this could have been a bigger game.
