	SunofKratos posted 09/04/2013, 07:15 I dont think they have anything to do with the actual sales from Ascension because many gamers only have buyed God of War 3 because of the God of War Collection( me included). The first God of War game i have experienced was God of War Collection on PS3. Been a fan since this day. Message \| Report

And there's the new GoW: Saga bundle with a red DS3 controller which has been doing very well in the charts on Amazon, Gamestop etc. I bet this collection is over 50K already, I'll bet it will reach 400k+ lifetime. 	tontus posted 21/09/2012, 12:15 Vgchartz's data is rubbish. No sales data for the first week and the 3rd week sold 10 copies more than the 2nd week? These numbers couldn't look any more fabricated. This game is always selling amazingly on online sites like Gamestop, Walmart and Amazon wheres it's been in the top 20 best selling PS3 games since release, it's probably doing just as well at retail. The God of War games are all heavily under-tracked, just look at God of War III which is still under-tracked by at least 0.9 million... I guarantee that the God of War Saga is also heavily under-tracked. Message \| Report

It will push God of War III over 6.5 million lifetime easily, it's already at 5.22 million sold with 5.43 million shipped (Vgchartz is very wrong, I might not be 100% accurate but I'm a lot more than Vgchartz is) in just 2 1/2 years and it easily has another 2+ years of great sales helped by this saga collection and God of War: Ascension's release hype. It wouldn't surprise me if God of War III reaches 7 million lifetime, it'll be the 2nd best selling exclusive for the PS3 behind GT5. We'll have to wait for Sony to confirm that though when it happens, Vgchartz has massive difficulty tracking God of War games for some reason, they had the franchise under-tracked by 3 million! lol.
