I enjoyed this game, it had some funny dialogue. And I was having fun just screwing around and upgrading. The battle system was great. However, scenery matters and it's boring looking enemies and environments so it gets stale. Because they don't really add things. Also I liked dressing up my characters. Message | Report |

from reading reviews i thought that i would have to spend 15 hours learning the game before i could start enjoying it, but its not overly complicated, they just added extra things onto a regular rpg-type battle system, it was pretty easy to learn, pretty enjoyable game Message | Report |

Basically no copies of this to be found in Others, non in AUS shops and non online (no PAL region copies). Good sign, its selling they just need more stock, as proven by the game having good legs here. Message | Report |

Pretty cool game with excellent battle animation, but way too complicated for the average gamer. I play RPGs to the grave and learning the battle system was a headache. Message | Report |

got this yesterday.. i love it so far. complicated tutorial, that's for sure ^^ hahahaha. I can see a lot of people getting scared by this game. me and my buddy was laughing our asses off because of all the info surrounding the battlesystem, etc ^^ Message | Report |

Just got it today. Great opening sequence. Great gameplay, although it's complicated in the beginning. You can basically do EVERYTHING in the beginning in regards to game mechanics, so it can be a lot to handle. Otherwise, it's fabulous! Message | Report |

I want to mock games for flopping but I seen a review on this game and it didnt score a 8.2 like vgchartz scored it, it got like a 5/10 so I can't bash this game for flopping because it was suppose to, it was originally a psp game but for some crazy reason they decide to put it on the ps3 AS IT WAS when it was finished so it actually graphically look like a psp game cause they left it like that............ Lol Sega did this with Valkyria Chronicles and now there doing it with RoF... Sad, Valkyria is by far one of the top 5 overall best games for me this gen, along with Folklore and DW6: Empires, and it looks like RoF will make the list to... pfft whatever my taste in games rules anyway. commercial "big" games should always be multiplatform, but I think that exclusivity works fine for some of the smaller games, especially if they are Japanese. Look at Cross Edge, bad game, but it sold pretty well for what it was. Message | Report |

From the standpoint of how it's billed, it seems like it could be more fun than FFXIII. Tri-Ace has always made games with pretty interesting gameplay and combat that I feel has been lacking in Final Fantasy, and while the games aren't as pretty, they are more fun. Well now, looks really good, it may very well be on my top 5 fave RPGs this gen with Versus XIII, Valkyria Chronicles, SO4 and the like. We'll have to wait and see on this one, ... but Sega and Tri-Ace... thats a combo that Cannot be beaten this gen so far. Message | Report |
