It's gonna easily break the 30 million mark this year, I didn't like this game though. It's ok for a while, but then you just realise it's just another mini game collection, a good one of course, but I'm not a fan of those games at all... Message | Report |

The sales of this make me wonder whether it would ultimately be a sound financial investment for third parties to develop a game and give it away free so as to create a market to sell a sequel by the bucketload to. Suppose something like Boom Blox had come free with every Wii (or even with every Nintendo-published title) - I wonder how many would have then bought Boom Blox Party, and how much more money EA would have made from those two games collectively? Might be overtracked. Recent Nintendo PR cites NPD as tracking 4.2 million sales in 2009. VGC has almost 5.3 million for NA in 2009. Message | Report |

@ stof: I doubt those archery controls will make their way into Zelda Wii... they're great, that's for sure, but they're also too much of a hassle to implement into a Zelda game, I think. Zelda's very action-oriented, as we all know, and you usually have to be quite fast and precise with the shooting. Imo these controls wouldn't work well with that type of gameplay. Message | Report |
