I don't think Yakuza 2 is a very good judge of how well this (or Yakuza 3) would do in NA. Yakuza 2 came out in NA nearly 2 years after it did in Japan and nearly 2/3 years into the life cycle of the Current Gen of systems.

I think this is Japan exclusive, If I remember correctly from what I've read like a week ago.. Plus, this isn't the real Yakuza 3. This is a spin-off, and they announced this and that they were working on the real Yakuza 3 (which will be a sequel to Yakuza 2, so the past characters will be returning).

Sega will probably watch the sales of Disgaea 3, Valkyria Chronicles, and Eternal Sonata before deciding it its worth it to bring this west.

So by those games if you want this one. :)

It might. It'll probably get the rerelease treatment that the first two got, and depending on how successful the PS3 is in a year or two, that could double the games numbers.
